Condizioni Economiche

  • partecipazione alle attività, vitto e alloggio sono interamente finanziati del Programma ERASMUS+;
  • il partecipante deve anticipare le spese di viaggio, a cui seguirà un rimborso fino ad un massimo di 275 €;
  • è necessario versare, prima della partenza, una quota di partecipazione di 50 €;

Ai partecipanti sarà rilasciato il certificato ”Youthpass” che descrive e convalida l’esperienza formale e informale acquisita durante il progetto, da allegare al proprio CV.

Summary

The “Destination Quality TC” is a training course that concentrated on high quality in management skills and effective group cooperation.  The training is designed to provide participants with practical skills useful in their work in the partner organisations.

We want to convey the knowledge and experience for 24 participants representing eight partner countries in the project.
We plan to tackle issues related to:

  • planning and concept developement;
  • effective team communication;
  • leadership;
  • roles within the group;
  • management of time and resources;
  • evaluation work and achievements;
  • team building;
  • aspects of intercultural projects.

Methodology

During the training we will work with methods based on the principles of non-formal education and learning by experience. We will also use the methods of outdoor. The training will be carried out by the process, participants will gradually expanded their knowledge and skills and the way they will grow to know and learn from and about each other.
Participants will learn and practice the number of processes that simulate different aspects of the management and organizational work and deal with the problems they face. People taking part in the training will organize their knowledge about team management, time, resources, better examine their own organizational capacity and learn how to use it. Long term benefits include ways to strengthen the way people deal with tasks, efficiency in operational work. An important aspect is also the suitability of the acquired skills in partner organizations. The skills derived from training can be applied in organizations and successfully used in working with youth or in international projects.
